Refund & Cancellation Policy

Search Plans

All search plans (Starter, Pro, Accelerate) are one-time purchases. Once purchased, your search credits are available immediately and do not expire. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for purchased search credits or unused searches.

Your account and all associated data can be deleted at any time from your Account menu. If you need help, email support@lfyconsulting.com.

Resume and LinkedIn Services

Resume and LinkedIn services with Dr. Benjamin Ritter are booked and paid in advance.

• No refunds or cancellations once a service is booked
• Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice at no charge
• No rescheduling for requests within 48 hours of your scheduled session or no-shows
• If Dr. Ritter needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, your choice

To reschedule, email support@lfyconsulting.com with your booking confirmation at least 48 hours before your session.

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted)
• Resume content you upload or paste into the platform
• Job search criteria and preferences you enter
• Jobs you save, select, or favorite
• Payment information (processed by Stripe. We do not store card details)
• Basic usage data (pages visited, features used)

How We Use It

• To generate AI-powered job matches, contact suggestions, and outreach sequences
• To save your pipeline and search profiles across sessions
• To improve the relevance of future searches within your account (your favorited and selected jobs inform your next search. Your data is never used to train AI models for other users)
• To process payments and send booking confirmations
• To send transactional emails (receipts, session confirmations, product updates)

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your resume or career data to train AI models beyond your own personalized experience
• We do not share your information with employers, recruiters, or any third party without your consent

Third-Party Services

Fearless Job Search uses trusted third-party services to operate, including Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), and standard infrastructure providers for hosting and security. Your search data is processed by Anthropic's API to generate results. We do not store payment card details. Full details are available on request.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Your Rights

If you are located in California (CCPA) or the European Union (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@lfyconsulting.com to make a request.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Terms of Use

By using Fearless Job Search, you agree to the following:

The tool generates suggestions, not guarantees. Job listings, contacts, and outreach messages are AI-generated based on your inputs. They are starting points. Accuracy, relevance, and results depend on how you use them. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

You are responsible for your outreach. Fearless Job Search writes your messages but does not send them. You send all outreach through LinkedIn directly. You are responsible for the content you send and how you use it.

Contact information is sourced from public data. Decision-maker contacts are sourced from public LinkedIn data via web search and verified by AI. Accuracy is not guaranteed — always verify before reaching out.

Acceptable use. You may not use Fearless Job Search to generate spam, harass individuals, misrepresent your identity or credentials, or violate any applicable law.

One account per user. Subscription plans are for individual use only and may not be shared across multiple users or organizations.
